We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized costumes, personalized orders, and special requests are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order after returning the original item.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
For international customers, return shipping may take longer. Customs duties and import taxes paid are non-refundable.
